PAYMENTS
We try to keep our shop as flexible as possible and we offer several ways to make your shopping easier.You can pay by paypal, moneybooker, bank transfer and several types of credit cards. All details will be provided during order processing. Your orders are processed by Globecharge and credit card transactions are processed by Moneybookers on secure platform adopting state of the art security features.
DELIVERY
We deliver using different couriers, according to weight and destination. Generally in Europe we use Euroexpress and DPD. For oversea delivery we use Fedex. We frequently negoziate courier fares and we try to keep this cost as low as possible. With these couriers we have a tracking system, so we can provide you information about delivery of your order anytime. Delivery time with express courier is about 3 days for Europe and 5 for the rest of the world. From May 2009 we re introduced the economy delivery option. Economy package will be delivered using international standard mail service. This means that we can not track the package and if lost we can not do anything about.Delivery time will be of 7-15 days, depending on destinations and mail service in recipient country. Max package we can send by economy mail is 500 grams. With economy we can NOT send carton boxes. Only air bubble envelopes will be used.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are freshly prepared. We compound fresh flavors and E juices every week, so this means that you get always 100% shelf life. We know we are not the fastest for order delivery, but a little waiting pays off with great products. Generally from order receipt to deliver to courier it takes 5 business days, depending on work load. Some orders can be delayed if some raw materials are missing. For super urgent delivery, contact us before committing to order.
